Refund and Cancellation Policy
This page explains how FundedReady handles subscription cancellation, access issues, and refund requests for Pro plans.
Subscriptions
Monthly Pro and Annual Pro renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel in Stripe's billing portal from the pricing page. Cancellation stops future renewal charges; access normally remains available until the end of the paid billing period.
Lifetime Access
Lifetime Access is a one-time payment for FundedReady Pro for the lifetime of the FundedReady product. It is not a promise that every current or future feature will remain unchanged forever.
Refund Requests
If you bought the wrong plan, cannot access Pro after payment, or the product is materially different from the pricing page, contact FundedReady within 7 days of purchase. Refund requests are reviewed case by case. FundedReady does not refund because of trading losses, failed prop firm evaluations, missed payouts, or lack of profitability.
Access Problems
If checkout completed but Pro did not unlock, use the same FundedReady trader name you verified during checkout, refresh the simulator, and contact support if access still does not appear.
