FundedReady collects the data needed to run the simulator, save progress, process Pro access, and respond to support requests.
Data We Collect
FundedReady may store your trader name, hashed password, recovery-code hash, simulator progress, career and journal entries, achievements, leaderboard submissions, feedback messages, and paid-plan entitlement records.
Payment Data
Stripe processes checkout, subscriptions, receipts, customer records, and payment methods. FundedReady stores Stripe customer, subscription, checkout session, and event identifiers so the app can unlock or revoke Pro access. FundedReady does not store full card numbers.
Analytics And Feedback
FundedReady may use lightweight analytics, server logs, and the feedback widget to understand feature usage, checkout errors, bugs, and content issues. Do not send brokerage logins, prop firm credentials, or private financial account details through feedback forms.
How Data Is Used
Data is used to authenticate accounts, sync training progress, unlock paid features, troubleshoot support issues, improve courses, prevent abuse, and maintain billing records.
Your Choices
You can stop using the service at any time. Subscription customers can cancel through the Stripe billing portal. For account, correction, or deletion requests, use the contact page and include the FundedReady trader name involved.
